An international 5 star hotel in Jimbaran is looking for a HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER to lead the housekeeping team within the Hotel and Villa complex. The position is to be filled per immediately.
Position: Housekeeping manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a housekeeping manager in a similar type of hospitality organization
- Minimum Diploma in hospitality / tourism school
- Excellent eye for detail (will be tested)
- Strong leadership skills (able to take disciplinary actions if necessary)
- Good organizing capabilities
- Inventory management skills
- Able to improve and maintain highest quality standards within the Villas, Hotel Rooms and Public Areas
- Good English communication skills
- Good customer relations skills
- Good training skills
